Short Biography

I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to my role at Abbington House. Having battled addiction myself for over a decade, I truly understand the struggles that our clients face. My own recovery journey began in 2011, after years of substance misuse and incarceration. Today, I am proud to use my story to inspire others and guide them through the most challenging parts of their recovery.

I believe that addiction treatment is not just about stopping the drugs or alcohol; it’s about finding the root cause of the pain. Our holistic approach focuses on the whole person—addressing mental, physical, and emotional health while providing strong family support. I work hard to make sure every client feels seen, heard, and understood, because I know how critical that sense of care and compassion is to long-term recovery.

Outside of work, I spend time with my family, continue my studies in addiction psychology, and remain committed to my own journey of sobriety.
