Short Biography

As the Admissions Director at Abbington House, I am privileged to be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking help. With 26 years of personal recovery experience, I bring a unique understanding and compassion to those struggling with addiction. I know firsthand the courage it takes to reach out for support, and my goal is to make each caller feel understood, valued, and hopeful about their journey ahead.

Leading the admissions team, I work diligently to match each client’s unique needs with the most suitable treatment plan. I believe that it’s essential for individuals to immediately sense that they are not alone – that recovery is not just a possibility but a reality we can help them achieve. This initial connection is the foundation of the healing journey, and my team and I are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming experience from the very first call.

Beyond admissions, I am a qualified therapist with over 18 years of experience working in some of the UK’s most respected addiction treatment centres. This background, combined with my own personal journey, allows me to bring both professional and personal insight to my role, helping to foster a cohesive, compassionate, and effective team environment at Abbington House.
