  • I’m the Sound Therapist at Abbington House. I provide a safe space for clients to rest and reflect.

Short Biography

As Wellbeing & Operations Coordinator, I hold the threads that keep the clinic connected — weaving together people, processes, and care. I balance the practical side of operations, administration, and HR with the healing work of holding holistic sound therapy groups, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting clients on their recovery journey. My role is about creating a grounded, harmonious environment where both the service and the people within it can flourish.

Sound therapy is held weekly at Abbington House. It is an effortless form of meditation that relies on the use of musical instruments and helps clients to relax and connect to the present moment. I use gongs, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, a monochord and sometimes the drum. I first found Sound Therapy in 2011 and fell in love with the gongs and their power to both relax and inspire me. I love working with sound therapeutically as it guides people to what I call the language of their soul. Clients often report feeling inspired, having moments of insight, emotional release and a general feeling of peace that they may not have experienced for some time.
