I have life experience of positive and effective management of individuals, teams, organisations and resources to ensure the best outcomes are achieved often in difficult and challenge environments.
I am very much a pro-active individual and constantly look at options and opportunities for improvement. I listen to both the clients and staff to ensure all needs are met where achievable. I work hard ensuring the facilities within the clinic are maintained to a good standard, remain compliant and safe.
I am fully commitment in the continued development and growth of the Abbington House Clinic and the role we all have in supporting clients and their families.
My experience
- Armed Forces (Army) – I joined at the age of 17 and served for 40 plus years.
- RFU Coach and Coach Educator for 19 years.
The many different roles, tasks I have completed and challenges I have met whilst serving in my full-time employment in the Army and as a coach, mentor and coach educator. The experiences and opportunities I believe provide me with transferable skills that are beneficial to Staff and Clients within Abbington House Clinic.
